For all orders placed and confirmed before 2.00 PM on each day, we will take all our best efforts to deliver the orders within the minimum time period.
Same-Day Delivery Service
We are thrilled to offer same-day delivery to our valued customers!
Enjoy the convenience of our Same-Day (Fast Delivery) service for selected areas within Colombo and its suburbs. Please check the list below to confirm if we deliver to your location on the same day.
Terms & Conditions
- Delivery Method: We use PickMe Flash and Uber for Same-Day deliveries.
- Same-Day Delivery Charge: Customer needs to pay the courier fee based on their location (PickMe / Uber rate). The final delivery price is determined by the courier app and distance.
- Order Cut-off Time: All orders placed before 3:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered on the next working day.
- Please make sure to answer calls from the rider to ensure you don’t miss your delivery. If a second delivery attempt is needed, additional charges may apply.
- After placing a Fast Delivery order, cancellation may not be possible because preparation begins immediately.
Same-Day Delivery Areas
If the delivery address is outside the areas mentioned above, the order will be treated as a standard delivery.
Payment Methods
- Same-day delivery is available for all payment methods.
- For bank deposit payments, please WhatsApp us the receipt and your order number as soon as you make the transfer to ensure timely delivery.
Additional Information
- Occasional delays may occur due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- For urgent orders, please contact us via WhatsApp to check if our team can make the necessary arrangements.

Delivery Schedule
Deliveries will be arranged as per the given below:
- Colombo 1 – 15, Colombo Suburbs and Gampaha District: Orders will be delivered in the first 48 hours excluding Sundays and Mercantile holidays.
- Outstation: Maximum within 4 days excluding Sundays and Mercantile.

Delivery Process
- One of our team members will contact the customer in regard to the order information and delivery confirmation.
- Also please note that, failing to respond in time and late communications with the delivery person may occur unexpected delivery changes and delays in the delivery process.
- Beautymart.lk will take all measures to arrange the delivery right as per the prior communication, still, sudden changes of the time & date of the delivery time may occur due to any unavoidable circumstances.
